And now since she’s a new mom, adhering to her wellness routine will be more important to the Duchess of Sussex more now than ever. According to a previous interview with Chalkboard Magazine, Markle’s daily self-care includes taking specific supplements to keep her energized, healthy, and, of course, helps with that famous ‘sparkle’ of hers.
