Though many cooking calculators exist online, GourmetSleuth.com has been my preferred site for years now. The website has several conversion options, including a basic cooking conversion calculator and a gram conversion calculator, but the real star of the site is the advanced cooking conversion calculator. You punch in the keyword, food group, and ultimate ingredient that you are trying to convert—which gives you the most accurate results based upon the specific food you are converting.
